Nice design!!! Its good to see someone else besides myself using those two drivers

Very complex passive crossover though, I just stole the Vib130TL design and added an inductor.

I am now in the process of converting to active filtration and multiple amplifiers.

Any other details you can share?

Hi, Your problem. rgds, sreten.

If you do not understand how the xover works it is not my problem..
It is not overcomplicated, every single component have purpose..
Here is for example xover with and without additional filters on the coils..

Just my 2 pence

The values of capacitors aren't right in my diagram, but note the single coil I added to the Visaton circuit.

The vib130tl circuit is here:

Its simpler and kills the breakup of the AL130 well enough)

Its basically the Vib130TL circuit, with an added coil shunting the LP circuit to notch the breakup. Seems to do OK. Would be easy to try if you have spare components 🙂

Designing a 4th order ELECTRICAL crossover was too problematic and almost unnecessary in my opinion
