Suggestion needed to match speakers for DIY project

I have a pair of Morel Supremos Tweeters, which I believe this is the car audio version of the Morel Supremes.

I am thinking of building a pair of 2-way speakers using these for tweeters and wonder if the "gurus" could make some suggestions what drivers would be a good match for the above tweeters. Would the Scans 18W/8531G00 mid woofer be a good match. And could someone suggest me a crossover schematic for the above drivers and a good enclosure, preferably a sealed one.

My apologies for asking for so much, as I am a real newbie and I would like to embark on some form of a 1st DIY project, and being limited with funds and choices. I am from Malaysia.
