Faulty woofer or not?

I got these Wega mini direct speakers with blown tweeter. To be sure, I checked the woofer. At first it worked fine but somehow it sounded strange. With low volume I pressed rubber surrounding and sound became louder. Pressing membrane in makes sound louder but pulling membrane out makes sound quiet.
Woofer is rated at 4 ohms. Measured DC resistance is 3,5 ohms so I guess the windings are ok. Could it be that the faulty magnet?

More likely the voice coil/spider/cone has sagged, and isn't in the magnetic gap at rest. Possibly the woofer has had the surround replaced badly.

Probably has been over driven and cooked the voice coil. Replacement will affect a cure.

The guy that repair speakers said that the coil has probably fell down and is not in good magnetic field
