Default F3 responce, Shelf Filter

Out of curiosity, if I had a sealed speaker that measured Qtc=0.707, F3=150hz and I wanted to impliment a simple shelf filter to extend the F3 responce down one octave to 75hz in MiniDSP, would the following be correct?

1 octave;
FC= SQRT (75*150) = 106hz

1.5 octave;
FC= SQRT (56.25*150) = 91.8hz

2 octave;
FC= SQRT (37.5*150) = 75hz

If the speaker measured Qtc=0.5 would the above also be correct if I changed the Q of the filter?
