Default Matching Drivers

I have four Dayton 8" drivers that I’ll be building a Dayton 8 type setup with. All the drivers have been broken in, and I’ve tested them with Speaker Workshop so I now have some numbers to play with.

My question is, for designing the box, should I just take the average of all the drivers and use that for box design?
And then how should I pair them?
Code:
Driver A	Driver B	Driver C	Driver D Avg
31.317	32.84	34.863	32.892	Fs	32.978
1.123	1.347	1.269	1.333	Vas	1.268
0.424	0.441	0.501	0.445	Qts	0.45275
2.762	3.195	3.586	3.351	Qms	3.2235
0.5	0.511	0.582	0.514	Qes	0.52675
0.57	0.55	0.575	0.589	Le	0.571
1.179	1.203	1.225	1.228	L1	1.20875
43.559	48.891	44.2	44.353	R1	45.25075
Putting A/C and B/D together seems to give me the most even total average, but the Vas is quite different, is that a problem?

Any suggestions?
Code:
A+C	%/avg	B+D	%/avg
33.09	100%	32.866	100%
1.196	94%	1.34	106%
0.4625	102%	0.443	98%
3.174	98%	3.273	102%
0.541	103%	0.5125	97%
0.5725	100%	0.5695	100%
1.202	99%	1.2155	101%
43.8795	97%	46.622	103%

Avg of Avg	99% 101%

Qes on driver C looks more than suspect to me, so Qts does as
well. I'd recheck this, possibly a poor connection, if its still the
same possibly a poor connection in the driver, resolder the terminals.
If that doesn't work you effectively have a "reject" unit.

You should use the average of all drivers for box design, theorectically.

But you have to come to terms with the accuracy of your
measurements. I'd suggest taking your measured results
and adding some bias towards the measured specs by
Parts Express and in the Dayton 8 design.

Default Thanks

Thanks, I've got some new cables coming and I'll be recalibrating and retesting with them. (one connection is a bit sketchy)
I'll also take my average and Parts Express' numbers and use that average of the average to pick the best box setup...

And what about the QTS makes driver C a "reject"? Is a higher number there bad?
And can you tell this is my first time to do this?
