3 way pa enclosure to build

I'm thinking of building this pa enclosure below:

And heres my problems:

It's 3 way and uses a 15 inch bass,10 inch mid and ring radiator bullet tweeter.
The the highest power crossover i found find was the Eminence pxb3:5k0 [500hz and 3.5 khz crossover points] rated at 400w rms,if i use high powered drivers than the crossover would it create a problem??

Drivers i'll use are: Fane Classic CLA15.300 15 inch rated 300w rms or the Eminence Delta 15 rated 400w rms.
Eminence Alpha 10 rated 150w rms or Eminence Beta 10 rated 250w rms or Fane Classic CLA10.100 100w rms.
Eminence APT80 HF tweeter or Fane HF.250 bullet tweeter.

So using the Fane Classic CLA15.300[300w rms] and the Fane Classic CLA10.100 [100w rms] and Fane HF.250 [50w rms] = 450w rms total,50w more than crossover would this matter???

Also about sealing the midrange enclosure inside the box would it just be easier to use the Eminence Alpha 8MR midrange with sealed back rated 125 w rms?

I want to use this box for when i don't want to hire a van to transport my big pa stuff such as my scoops and mid horn boxes, for doing discos. And get good clarity on vocals with good bass all in one box.
I have noticed even my Behringer B1520 being a 2 way design, 15 inch bass and 1 inch dynamic comp tweeter i seem to loose the upper midrange in FX sounds and vocals.
So I think this design will give good midrange because of it's own dedicated midrange driver and crossed over so only the bass produces bass,mid produces mid,and treble produces treble.
Instead of the 2 way design i got now where the 15 inch produces bass and mid,and tweeter produces treble and a bit of high mid.

Crossover power rating is for the largest driver (usually bass driver) not total, so should be ok.

With a crossover point of 500Hz, most power will be used in the 15, so the 8MR should be ok but I would tend to enclose it in a small sealed wooden section anyway, as high bass levels could still modulate the midrange through the thin metal basket.

Best do a simulation of whichever 15 you decide to use to make sure porting and volume are correct.

I don't really know anything about PA speakers, but isn't crossing a 10" at 3.5K stretching it somewhat, I would have thought you would need to go down to a 6" to be able to realistically go that high?

You said you want more midrange, granted you'll get more than a 15" crossed to a tweeter, but I reckon going something a bit smaller would do a better job

If you get a suitable high powererd 6" it shouldn't have any trouble operating between 500Hz and 3.5Khz.

It just means Public Address. In other word not for domestic usage, mostly for discos and sound reinforcement.

Any reason you don't want to use a 2 inch compression
driver, housed on a 60x40 horn?

Don't want to use a 2 inch comp driver because of cost.
And I could use the Eminence Alpha 6 rated 100w rms for midrange in it's on completely sealed enclosure within the main enclosure.

Any tips to completely seal the mid enclosure air tight?
I normal just make the wood a tight fit and seal the edges with wood filler just to make sure,but how can i seal round where the wire goes to the midrange driver?
