TMW vs. TMWW

When designing 3 ways of which woofer is 6.5~7" and the cabinet volume is around 35 liters, there seems to be two choices.

A. TMW using single high Q woofer (like as SS 18W/8531G, Seas CA18RLY)

B. TMWW using double low Q woofer (like as SS 18W/8545K, Seas CA18RNX)

IMO,
in case of A, the pros. is bass extension and the cons. is low sensitivity.
in case of B, the pros. is high sensitivity and the cons. is weak bass extension.

Are there any other pros. or cons., what is the difference in actual listening, and which one shall be the better choice ?
