You have a multimeter? Or anything that can measure resistance?
Does the woofer work if you bypass the series coil?
Does the woofer work if you cut the connection between the resistor and the 22uF Capacitor?
Does the woofer work if you connect it directly to you amp? Instead you can connect a 1.5V Batterie to the woofer. It should make a click sound and the cone should move a bit. If you have a Multimeter the woofer should have a resistance in the 3 to 7 Ohm range. It should not be 0 Ohm or open circuit.
Are all connections ok?
If you are unlucky the woofer is fried (That may explain why the Amp is dead)

Small Inductors may have 0.2 to 3 Ohms. depending on the used wire.

If the woofer has infinity resistance you may check the small leads on the woofer. Sometimes they break.

Hmm...? So the woofer works? 120Hz for the tweeter seems to be very low and dangerous. The A5 may have a very low efficence, maybe at 80 to 85 dB /1W/1m.
Thats not enough for a body shaking techno party...
Does left and right speaker sound the same? You have a multimeter to check the crossover parts?
If the woofer(s) are fried and have a near short circuit resistance than your Amp has a hard time and your ears don't...
