best tweeter under 200?

Hi- A friend is inquireing, what is the best tweeter under 200 USD. I am really not sure... I would think it is the old Revelator or the Seas Millenium, but which? Any ideas?

So far I really like the Scan Speak, and the Dynaudio. Metal domes can just sound harsh and the longer they play the worst it becomes.

I'd say it depends on your taste

What one person thinks is the best another may hate. Probably best to try and do some listening tests and then make up *your* mind as to which is the best
