I have these old first-version(?/prototypes?) Agaton in need for restoration/driver replacement.
I have a new pair of Lowther PM6C, but they take another pair for bass (horn-loaded)-placed behind covers in front.
Since these drivers already have broken my budget, another set is out of the question for years to come... AND, Lowthers for bass ??
So I would need suggestions on other 8" bass-units, 8 ohm, and ~95dB efficiency...
I asked Hørning about Beyma 8P300Fe, and was told this might be close, but too stiff suspension would probably give 60Hz resonance.
Other reasonable suggestions, please?
