I've got two AAL 212 speakers, my cats destroyed woofers and mids. I'm in the process of of putting new MTX RTL 12-44 woofers and Lanzar Opti 6 mid-basses in the cabinets. Cabinet volume is 3.86 or 109.3 L and are factory tuned at 30 hz. I'm planning to port tune them lower, but how much? My 5.1 receiver crosses over center and rear channels at either 80 hz or 100 hz and send bass to main right and left channels at 135 watts RMS.
Heres how I plan on crossing over the improved AAL's, 100/4000 hz.
Does anyone have any advice or ideas?

I have no need for a powered sub. Since i've got plenty of power and total of four 12's. Whole system is used only in 5.1 home theater.
