Looks like a late Christmas present:
W15CH001 E0037 a 5.5" Ultra High End magnesium cone drive unit with our patented Hexadym magnet system. This unit is developed for use as a midrange or woofer/midrange. http://www.seas.no/excel_line/excel/E0037.pdf L22RNX/P H1252 an 8" High Fidelity aluminum cone woofer or subwoofer. http://www.seas.no/seas_line/woofers/H1252.pdf MCA15RCY H1262 a 5.5" High Fidelity classical paper cone midrange unit. http://www.seas.no/seas_line/midrange/h1262.pdf CA18RLY H1217 a 6.5" High Fidelity classical paper cone woofer or woofer/midrange unit. http://www.seas.no/seas_line/woofers/H1217.pdf The last one looks good. It's the first SEAS with a Qts suitable for a TL |

Pity the W15CH is less sensative then the W15cy. It would be nice if SEAS designed a midrange mag cone with a lighter cone, that had a higher fs, so we could get more sens out of it. But still give it largish xmax but play down to say 150hz.
Having said that 1db aint exactly much, wonder how much its gonna cost. I see another replacement coming on.

I wonder why they dont? They must think that a lil bit more bass is worth a coupla less db sens, trouble is lots use the smaller mags as mids with another bass driver, so WE NEED MORE SENS lol. Or it would be nice.

You wanted comments why didnt you say so!!
Okedoke looks like a good driver to me I think that providing the driver sims well in a box for a nice bass response (not had time to sim yet), then crossed over suitably to a nice tweeter, say the new no ferro SEAS tweets, the xt25, an excel tweet or a cheaper Scan model you would have very nice two way. Let me know how it sounds!!! if you do use it
