Default Reconstructiing the SDA-SRS 1.2TL

Hey Guys... first thread here and I am glad you guys are here. I am beginning a new project, and as the thread title suggests, I am looking to build new cabinets from the ground up for my SRS 1.2TL's, utilizing the most current understanding of cabinet design. Internal bracing and driver isolation are a few of the things I am looking to accomplish in an effort to drastically reduce cabinet resonance and interference caused by standing waves inside what is really a coffin of a box, in terms of cabinet design.

The only aspect of the original that is off the table is the front baffle, as this must be maintained. Internal volume is 6.72 cubic feet, and the design inspiration is being pulled from the current LSi/M 707 and the B&W Diamond line.

The trouble is that I do not have the ability to lay these out as blueprints to be followed by my cabinet builder. Any suggestions that I can look to?

Default How did it go?

What happened with your project? I have a pair and what I did was filling them up with fiberglass r13 insulation, works better that the original. The other thing I was thinking is buy Dynamat. Tweeter upgrade and crossovers I will do as well.
