Here's a shot of a system that I built in the 80s--all speakers of my own design (probably a mistake) and construction. It shows some of the 9 ambience speakers. (I thought there were 11 but a picture form the other direction shows there were only 9. Another senior moment brought to you by your good friend entropy. That's carpet on the wall behind the subwoofer and mains. No scanner so this is a pic of a pic.
BTW If you lived in Chicago in the 80s and did depreciation studies there you might remember coming to see this thing not to far from Basking Ridge NJ where my wife did the same kind of work. Drop me a note if you're on this list |
