Default Dayton Crossovers

I'd like to hear some opinions on Dayton's crossovers. I'm thinking of trying some for a project after the holidays. More specifically, the 2-way 2,500-3,500hz Linkwitz-Rileys for sale at partsexpress for $20.

You would need to compensate the bass/ midrange driver
with a parralell series resistor and capacitor, at least.
You will probably need to pad the tweeter.

A crossover designed specifically for the drivers is far better.
