Cheap Class D amplifier, undoubtedly bought off-the-shelf from a Euro vendor; nice touch.

You can also order them in silver or bronze, for considerably less.

But I'm sure they don't sound as good as the gold ones.

So these gold speakers are worth about 7X their weight in gold. Not such a bad ratio, really.
