How to tune front chamber of front loaded horn?

I have an 8" driver loaded into a 100cm front loaded horn. I have read how to tune the rear chamber but is there a method to tune the front chamber? Currently i have a 16mm deep front chamber which is 200mm in diameter for the driver to fire into before the horn throat reduces to 100mm.
Do I need to reduce this or take measurements?
