You were right! I just thought you would like to hear that. Not understanding I went back to scratch.
Face says "If it sounds good and measures bad, -- you've measured the wrong thing." Nothing measured the same as the predictions. Once again it was not the program, HornResp, but garbage in.... I completely redid the Horn Resp inputs, researching every item to make sure that I knew the info was correct. And amazing! I got results that matched the measured speakers.
2.83 V will only give a very little over 100 Db, 2V in the 90's 1v in the 80's.
The response matches what REW shows. A little variance for room resonance and the front firing driver. Take a look. I left out the tweeter and superimposed the Horn resp over it. I can sleep tonight.
