Default Internal construction was special

Each Encore bass cabinet weighed 100Kg before the bass driver ( 12Kg) the Manger head unit ( 20Kg) and the Sistrum stand ( 15Kg)...

Default External ply cladding over ply stack

In order to get a flawless finish ( mirror black, not just gloss black) we had to clad over all the stack surfaces before sanding / painting / veneering and lacquer.
