How heavy is your subwoofer? Construction details like how thick, bracing etc?

The entire thing is not that bad, but a handcart is needed to move it around. The core box is 3/4" mdf and there is a layer of 3/4" birch ply laminated on most sides of that. The front black panel is removable since the woofer is mounted from behind. The woofer didn't look like it was designed to mount from the front of the baffle. I have yet to make the 3/4" birch ply top for it. The ports are on the bottom panel and there's a plinth made from 1x4 poplar that kind of aims the port output forward. I used those streamlined ports, I forget their name. For bracing, I just installed a couple of 1x4 poplar boards perpendicular on edge on the backside of the baffle on each side of the woofer cutout. They are screwed to the top, bottom and front. I'll add some sonic barrier foam later. I was going to screw the back to the wall, but it just so happens that the floor is not perpendicular with the wall. Imagine that!
