New vs. old Scan Speak?

Hello folks!

First time for me here...

Has someone had the opportunity to compare the old Scan Speak drivers 18W8545(K) with the newer 15W(4)8530 and 18W(4)8531?

My impression is that the new drivers (at least the 7"s) play very good bass, but how do they actually at the higher frequencies in?

i prefer the old series that's 18w8545-xx.
acoustically the olds are more extended in bass the the new.
about mesure the new series are more extended in bass.
but the only imoprtant think is "acoustically":for this reason i prefer the old series.
