It's always possible that one has a problem. When I got mine I had to realign the voice coil. It had slipped slightly during shipping and caused a buzz at certain resonant frequencies. Tightening the screws, once aligned, prevented this from occurring again.
You say they're new - giove them a little time. If they still sound noticeably different after 100 hours of break-in then I would return them to the dealer where you got them and get a second pair.
