I have lost a thread on reactance equations
 
"Hi" and especially "Hi Sreten"
A few years ago I was building a 3-Way OB plus .5 sealed bass and got into problems with the XO.
Sreten kindly pointed out the error in my thinking and gave the formulae for working out the reactance of various designs
I can't find that thread when searching so i wonder if someone could help me again with all the formuale for working out the reactance of the various components
Of course all my links and bookmarks were in the computer that died as well as all my data and documents
so much for back-up ( I didn't notice that my backup disks had died )

z= 1/2 pi f c for capacitors.
z=2 pi f l for inductors.

Thanx but I was looking for the C*L*Z reactance information so I could work out the corner frequencies for the components I have in my spares and odd bits box

L in Henries
?? And the DCR and / or impedance has no effect??
