Default UHohh ubercheapness!

combine
2x19$ NZ 8inchwoofers(10 $ US)
(they used to be 80$ each! such a rip off)'digitor' brand.

with an exponential basshorn

what do u get??

a low sound quality horn,with moderate SPL??
twin 8" 40hz basshorn

you really have to doubt the construction quality!!

...but aslong as i dont go TOO high compression ratio it should survive a few watts

Fs=40hz +-8hz (haha)
Qts=0.5
Vas=42L
xmax 3.5mm

Pe=25watt

only other thing i can think of is dual ported bandpass to minimise excursions,,

or enjoy the ported box quiet 99db levels.. :P

yes its not quite a jbl2226h 15"(which i have),but its FUN and CHEAP and something to do,

Do you think its worth constructing a horn ?

its not big

200cm long
170cm throat >1100cm mouth
