last night listening to a faith no more cd i realised my gain in midrange was way to high , mids were distorted , so probably i will need to re-equalize and mesure again

How and what are you using for measurements Iduarte1973? It seems unlikely to me that you'd enjoy listening to what the graph represents (20+db null in the upper midrange).

i´m mesuring this with a calibrated mic and spl meter , but they send me several calibration files and maybe i´m using the wrong one , that´s why the results may not be correct

i dont boost any frequency at all , just cut some midrange (> 200 hz) and treble , bass is untouched but since i use 3 amps (1 for bass , 1 mid , 1 treble) chaging amp volumes will change the frequency response.

just a doubt , i have 2 type of calibration files : narrow frequency and 1/3 octave (0º,45º and 90º) , which should i use ? the speakers are 45º up the listening position 2,5m (8foot) apart
