I can't DIY a machine for this job, I have to find a guy with right machine to do this for me I dunno about capabilities of a 3D CNC

Have you tried contacting Horns for finished horns?

If using CNC for making wood horns it would probably be cheapest and easiest to make the horns split in two parts and then glue them together. Milling or using lathe in a long narrow throath might not be feasible (depending on sizes off course).

as I come from Iran I don't think anybody or any company would ship orders to this freakin' country I have to do it myself. I just want to know what CNC machine is capable of routing a horn with MDF slices

You don't need a CNC machine to make a horn. Cut out the circles with a router or a jig saw, glue them together, and sand down the edges. An angle grinder with 40 grit sandpaper works well. Another way is to fill in the steps with auto body filler.

something like this?

After spending unending hours filing, sanding and sanding some more, this is the product after priming.

Yes,like that.
To make the sanding a bit easier, you can mount the horn vertically on a lazy susan, and use the angle grinder to rotate it as you sand.

Thanks for the clue
I think cutting circles with CNC will speed up the project.
I have another question: what is the best way to design a Tractrix round horn?

Here's the approach I took:

Design is the easy part...download the spreadsheet from volvotreter's download section then graph either by hand or on the computer and print.
