Default Bracing the speaker box.

What happens when you use bracing to a box to for example impedance? I know that extensive bracing will sometimes get in the way for the air to move in a BR, but if I increase bracing to a speaker will it affect the impedance or something else in a significant degree?

No problems that I've ever noticed or measured, but the aim is to use bracing where it's effective and leave lots of room for air movement like matrix.
