Eric what size plywood must i use to make the dayton top

the horn inside parts are 1/2" all the outside parts are 3/4".
exception is the speaker baffle ive made that 3/4,so you can router in the driver.
i wil explain later.
have you seen the movies and do you understand now?

Yes I did see the movie but a step by step picture layout like this one below would be better so I can print it out and work with it.

I test both boxes today and they sound great real great. ErIc I need to find two 12" drivers that can play well like the celestion bx4085. Anyone looking for a good midbass try this design.THERE GREAT. I need two more.

these are some of the 12" driver i was thinking about using.
Dayton Audio PA310-8 12" Pro Woofer 295-032

RCF LF12G301 12" Woofer Speaker 294-844
Selenium 12WS600 12" 600W Woofer 264-391

Eminence Kappa Pro-12A 12" Cast Frame Driver 290-424

Eminence Definimax 4012HO 12" Driver 290-577

Goldwood GW-12090 12" Select Series PA Woofer 290-292

I dont know which one of these drivers match the celestion the closest 0r if the design have to change a little for one of these drivers to put out the same spl and frequency response.

i simmed all of them,and the rcf comés closest.
only the rear chamber must be reduced to 9 ltrs.
you can put some styrofoam blocs in it.

rcf complements the celestion in a good way i think.

How about these Eminence IMPERO 12A 12" High Power Driver Speaker 8 Ohm 1100 290-690

Celestion FTR12-4080HDX 12" Professional Speaker 1000W 294-2002 (same price as the Rcf) with more power.

Selenium 12MG1400 12" Woofer / Midbass Speaker 264-468 I think this one might be The one.

Celestion don't make the bx12 4085 no more. I wish they start making them again. Those are some good drivers.
