Take a look at
http://www.link-audio.be/K50.htm I heard this speaker today in a local recordstore. I remember having read something about it, but I had never heard them. I have to say I was really impressed. The bass from these speakers was very good for such a small speaker. Does anyone recognize the drivers? The mid-bass looks a bit like the peerless CSX 176, appart from the surface that's less smooth on the driver in the speaker. Maybe they painted it with some compound? |

They look like a Vifa M18WO woofers or custom version of the same. I've used them with great success in speakers just that size. The tweeter I'm not sure about.

Could the tweeter come from SEAS ???
Have a look at: www.seas.no and http://www.mamut.com/homepages/Norwa...l/prodlist.htm The last link is for a norwegian supplier. Scroll down on the menu to the left and you will see their SEAS link. There you will find some pictures (small, but they might be helpfull) |
