I am restoring some old Conrad Johnson Synthesis LM20 speakers. I am changing out the 30 year-old electrolytic caps in the crossover but I am confused as to the orientation of the caps (see 1st pic below). Note how the notch in each cap (blue caps) is oriented in the opposite direction. I always thought a notch at one end meant a cap was polar. But here's the problem: the 2nd picture below shows the NP designation on the cap which means Non-Polar. So are the caps polar or not?

Should I just replace these old electrolytics with some new film caps?
Yes, and somebody already suggest that.
That bundle of caps reminds me of Peter Snell's xo's.
