Default Kef Bailey and FR125

hi, just want to say I just now mounted a pair of FR125 in a friends old Kef Bailey TL

worked just like that
didnt fit the hole, but was handled

sounds quite a lot better than the original 5" Kef
and that without any xo changes
which might come later

but it sounded quite nice
smooth, relaxed, pleasant
like a match in heaven
simple as that

man, I cant even find a good photo
thats a bit strange

might be short a lived thread
but now I said it

We want pictures, Lars...

Try disconnecting the tweeter and running the FR125 full range at the top. A good candidate for bi-amping too ... get the XO down to the baffle step will allow that issue to be easily ajustable and the lower XO will allow greater attenuation of the B139s problems at ~1k
