Unless you can get stock drivers to replace your drivers (I assume you're talking about the woofers) from a Paradigm dealer, you're going to have a very tough time matching the drivers to the stock crossovers and tweeters. You are likely to very unhappy with the results.
You have two choices:
a) re-engineer the xovers to fit the new drivers (possibly a lot of time, effort & $) or,
b) simply buy new Atoms.
