I once owned a pair but sold them to someone in Wisconsin several years ago. As far as I know Rick isn't making them any more. Are trying to rebuild/fix one or duplicate it?

It's a REIMER Teton GS, of course...
Looks like 2X 10" HiVi D10G Bass. (Hard to find...) 2X6" HiVi F6 bass/midrange. HiVi RT2C-A Planar Isodynamic Tweeter. All quite efficient. You'd probably want to crossover at the baffle-step, near 350 Hz, and 3.5kHz for the planar tweeter. Wired in parallel. Couple of crossover ideas to adapt: Parts Express - Crossover Examples 1.618 - DIY 3-Way Hi-Vi Tower Loudspeaker Project (Page 2) You'd need to be pretty good to get near Mr. Reimer's levels, I expect. |
