Default Bookshelf's with PS Nomex

Hello

First of all, sorry for my poor english

I'm looking for a project with Peerless 830875 Nomex loud speakers. I would like to make bookshelf 2 way-speaker system with these PS. But I can not find on the Internet a complete project with cabinet drawings and with crossover schematics. I have found only a project with hds 134 Peerless HDS PPB 830860but I need speakers with more bass, so in my opinion the 830875 would bring deeper and more bass.

So could you share with me the link of such project??? I would be very thankful

The "PS10M" speakers (with H1212-06 27TBFC/G - Seas tweeter). I would use another tweet for a start, but you can go with the one you like.
Another Peerless 830875 Execution

A 2.5 way but wouldn't take too much to change to a 2 way.

Another interesting 6.5" driver for big bass performance you might check out is the Tang Band W6-1721. little pricier but more Xmax with equal sensitivity. Needs more box size though so i guess it depends on your box size restrictions.

Any particular reason why you want this specific driver? As you have found, it seems there isn't any published bookshelf design with this driver. In any case, the driver needs a 15-20 L cabinet (20L better than 15L) so it will be on the large side for a bookshelf.
Rabbitz pointed a 2.5 way from Troels Gravesen. You can use data from his design to make a 2 way, but I'm a bit suspicious about a design for a 6.5" driver with a 4.5KHz breakup and a 3KHz+ crossover point. The breakup is notched but still survives and is only 10dB under. IMHO the tweeter is able to hold a much lower crossover point, but I didn't hear the speaker so I can't really comment.
If you don't stick with this driver you can find lot of design with similar drivers.

Take a look at these: Veeper TM Monitor

I guess the rest of you don't search hard enough for designs.

I would say 13.2 L - 15 L (max.). Why do you point to a 20 L ??? You must have your reason (20 L gives better F3 but less round/abrupt bottom end).
I would go with fastbike1 veepers if the case.

I haven't heard Troel's 830875 speaker but from my own experience the 830875 is best crossed over lower. The last one I did was a 12 litre bookshelf with the DX25TG tweeter and ended up crossing over at 2kHz which put extra strain on the tweeter but was better overall than the previous crossover around 2.6kHz.

Even with the lower crossover the breakup is still present on axis but disappears rapidly when a little off axis so it's not an issue in actual listening. This speaker is only used at low to moderate SPLs so helps.

830875 + DX25TG

Hi, thank you for responding my thread.

I'm a begginer in DIY audio. I've made only the one speaker system - Visaton Alto II and amplifier a GC with LM3875. I felt in love with DIY audio. So now I'm looking for a new project.

Why PS NOMEX? Because, it isn't so expensive driver. And I have read many good comments about it.

After searching for new project, for today I'm interesting in 3 projects:
1. Something with 830875
2. Peerless HDS PPB 830860
3. Zaph|Audio - ZA-SR71
