Default Wind own Crossover Inductors

I am Building a new 3 way passive crossover for my car component speaker system. But I need some Inductor coils

I wonder if how could i wind my own inductor coil and how to measure their values .... replies and answers are much appreciated

and LC meter for coil (and capacitor) measurement.
