hi guys, please excuse my "paint" pic, but knowing that it will be 6inch drivers being used, will a small tapped horn like this end up boomy or just lack low bass? or end up sound ok-ish?
looking for something with a bit of authority in the bass region as they currently have zero bass and just flop about in there backless enclosures. ![]() any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. but as per usual, budget is next to none. speakers in question are these> ![]() currently sitting like this ![]() thanks. |

Hello klampykixx,
Without T/S perimeters of the drivers, it's going to be very hard to make a call on the effects of box changes. Eric |

Is that driver designed for automotive use.. If so it might be a good idea to post in the car audio section asking if anyone knows the Ts params.
Best of luck Ian |
