Can i mix pro and home drivers ? someting like this :

10NMB420 - High Output MB Neodymium Driver

sure, but the final result's quality may depend on how you deploy them....

Are your passive crossover design skills up to par?
or are you planning on using an active crossover?

I am not sure that the 10' is a proper woofer. From the same manufacturer, i like better this one:

12NW530 - Extended LF Neodymium Driver

i can go for that one too , but i have active 12 " subs for low end 30-80hz
