Default 10" Driver in the 4th order

Hey guys...

In a 3-way, I'm using (because I have no choice) a 24db crossover for a 10" woofer and I can hear some phase problems when switching back and foruth between other speakers. What can I do about this? I read first order (6db) has the least amount of phasing but I cant switch, I'm stuck at 24db for all 3 drivers in each speaker due to the electronic crossover I'm using. If I get a 10" driver with a phase-plug will that help?

Thanks!

How do the problems sound, and what exactly is this "switching"?

I don't think so. Phase plugs to my ears don't improve the phase, it is the contrary. They only improve the response.
You have no choice to change the crossover point.
You should have other problems but I can't tell without no more details.

Cheers.

Switching between other pairs of speakers then back to this particular pair. I have a big mix of store bought and ones I've built.

What details do you need?

Crossovers plans ?
The only solution to fix the problem ?
A photo of the box ?
To see if something wrong
The reference of the drivers ?
To have the technical data ...

There are too many variables here to isolate the crossover topology of the cause of the "phase problems".

It's an Ashley XR2001 3/4-way Electronic crossover. The amps are Emotiva XPA-3s. So it goes signal>crossover>amps>speakers. I have another post asking if I should put Zobel networks on the drivers as well. Here's a pic of a speaker and the rack.
