i dont have space for a bigger woofer , it´s not the budget , i think there will no problem since woofers tolerate power as long as it´s clean which is the case.
At leat my visatons gf200 dont even sweat with the amp and the tube pre amp , but they are 120wrms 88 db.

I would like to try more effecient woofers , 88 db is to low.

Hi Jerome,

did you try the L8S800 youself? If so, how did you manage to control the cone breakup at around 3700 Hz?
How does it sound in the mid-range and, finally, is it usable in a BR enclosure of around 20l?

Thanks!
Martin

nice woofers

the HP 20 cm carbone Audax HM210C0 has a very good response curve in the low end, impressive

the RCF - L8S800 has a little less low end but +3db , nothing i cant compensate with the subs

FaitalPRO - Professional Loudspeakers Made in Italy Impressive curve

AE Speakers --- Superb Quality, Unforgettable Performance, Definitely.

my problem is that the box for this speaker is limited to 30 x 30 x 53 cm or 12" x 12" x 21 " , i think its small even for a 8" , i dont have more space available , room is too small
