Default JBL 035TIA tweeter replacement

Hello all,
I'm going to replace the diaphragm assembly of my JBL 4312A loudspeakers. The replacement kit finally arrived, but I need some help because there are two rubber circles (see attachment).
The bigger is 22 millimeter dia. and it's quite soft, it should be the damper and has to be fitten between the titanium dome and the magnet,I'm almost sure. What I can't understand is the smaller one (mm.6 diameter), which is made by hard rubber. Where I have to put this one?
Thank you!

Marcello
