Default Round Ribbon Tweeters

These tweeters are very similar to the ones APEXJR sells. Took one apart and found they are dipoles. Impedance is 8 ohms.

If I wanted to use them in an array, will these experience lobing problems similar to domes?

I have used a couple before as helper for a RS1354 Bob Brines TL, they aren't bad.

Since I have so many I was thinking about an Array.

If I butt the tweeters, the distance between the two closest holes (from adjacent tweeters) in the disk is .75 inches. This is one wavelength of aprox 18Khz. Is this a correct assumption? Or do i need to use the true center to center of the tweeters. The true center to center of the tweeters is 1.5 inches. Do the individual holes in the tweeter act like a mini array itself?

Bump.

Am I asking in the wrong forum? Maybe the title needs to be amended with "for line array"
