Default CNC JBL 2397 horns

Here is a pic from earlier today as some 1" African bubinga was being machined into custom horns. The holes you see are where the bolts go through to hold the CNC billet aluminum vanes.

About the best build of one I have seen.
Aluminum vanes too!

Working on the throat adaptors today. Then have to decide if I just use some Danish oil on them or use a hard finish like lacquer, polyeurothane, shellac, etc... Once they are done, I'll CNC some stands out of the same wood.
