Woofers hosed--need replacements! Tannoy PBM8

I recently got a free pair of Tannoy PBM8's--just what I need for my workshop--but with the woofers completely hosed. Anyone know of a suitable drop-in replacement?

Alternately, anyone happen to have measurements of the original? Woofer numbers: 4DR51740 and P93K4.

I found this, pretty pricey though. Tannoy Woofer 5DR61047 8" - PBM8 Series 2
