Default cabinet finishing

hi all,
i am building the visaton clou speakers (please visit the link below). the box is ready and finishing is pending. for the sides of the box, i have selected to give it a veneer finish of similar looks as in the picture. not able to make out what kind of finish it is in the front. please help me in this regard. no other pictures of this kits are available.

looks like some type of plastic to me. Comes on many cabinets
