Default DIY drivers to match [eg] KEF iQ30s

I'm new around here, so I hope this isn't a FAQ. A loooong time ago I built a triamped system (Linkwitz) which was great. Now, 'coz I've been out of the loop, I don't know about the drivers available to make a new system. Which drivers would give me the quality of output of, say, systems sold by KEF? I favour neutral systems such as KEF's and the 3/5a, and although I'd love to use ATC drivers I can't afford them!!
I'm asking because I'm wondering how much I'll save by making rather than buying a manufactured system. I know there are many other reasons for DIY, but circumstances dictate I must be pragmatic.
Any pointers gratefully received.

If you want to build is because you like not because it's cheaper. It can be more expensive... if it doesn't work (for you), or if you buy more parts than you need, or other.

There are kits, and there are speakers from the shelve that are dirty cheap, w/good quality, like XTZ, Q Acoustic, Magneplanar, JBL, this information is for others. In your case I don't understand because you say in the same post that "I built a triamped system (Linkwitz)" and at the same time: "although I'd love to use ATC drivers I can't afford them!!" There are many prices categories and drivers that are good and not very expensive. Look at a site like: Troels Gravesen

KEF iQ30s is/has a coaxial driver.
