Hey guys,
I sort of went at this one time before, but now I have a different direction. I already have a set of MTM TriTrix speakers that sound good but can get better. I have some cross-over part upgrades in the roadmap. However, what I want to know is - how do I go about integrating the Emminence Alpha woofers into the TriTrix? I would like to put them in one speaker cabinet with the MTM above the Alphas. However, I don't know how to go about the cross-over - passive, active? How to design the cross over? How far to place the alphas from the rest of the drivers? How wide to make the cabinets? Can the MTM portion be in a sealed cabinet and the alpha in a H-frame open baffle (by far my preference)? Please some help here..............Thanks Salsero |
