Well that's gotta hurt a lot less than the other way around, spikes through the feet.

With the cost of many "runners", it's got to be 'audiophile expensive' that way too.

Now are those "Air" style shoes? Since mucking up my feet that's all I have around. Even have a pair of Air sandals.
