Hello to you all
The past decades came Dr Thiel to make drivers specs more complete to help box designers to calculate the good comfiguration. My question is: does any big step foward with the help of new technologies, physics, new discoveries(I know that doesn't come every year), new materials and new ways of building it, will make any big advancements in measuring, calculating everything and predict HOW IT WILL SOUND. jus by theese factors? Sorry for the lenghty question

We've already had two:
(1) easy-to-use computer modeling programs that let people step outside "alignments" to get the transfer function they want. (2) Klippel analysis of motor, suspension, and inductance linearity. |
