Default what way to go

I am trying to rebuild a stereo console from the 1950's. The crossover network looks strange to me, but I'm far from an expert. Given this schematic of a crossover, how would you hook up a 12 " subwoofer and 10" horn tweeter to the crossover and then to the amp.
