Default Sony SS-X7s

Hi,

I got an offer of a pair of Sony SS-X7s in fair condition. However, I could manage to find only the spec of the speakers on the internet:

http://support.sony-asia.com.edgesui...3864337121.pdf

I heard that the SS-line up of Sony are quite good, and I suppose they are more popular in Europe.

However, the introduction line in one of the major auction site: "SONY DOLBY DIGITAL SOUND SPEAKERS SS-X7S 200W EACH MADE IN GLASS FIBER FROM USA. THE BEST SOUND LIKE AT CINEMA RRP $ 2500.00" does not sound very attractive.

I would be most grateful if someone here in the forum could give me some ideas on these floor-standing Sony speakers.

Thanks in advance for your kind help!
